DE-NADA

Tequila…

Every agave pineapple we harvest is a serious bad boy — mammoth in size and rich in sugar!

DE-NADA is made from 100% estate-owned blue Weber agave, cultivated in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico where the terroir’s unique elevation results in a smooth, tropical flavor.

Once harvested, the heart of the agave (also known as the piña), is baked in a horno (a stone and clay oven) for over 48 hours at seriously sweltering temperatures. Then, it’s roll-milled to extract those sweet sweet juices. It makes us thirsty just thinking about it.

The essence is fermented using a natural yeast, extracted from the Vivanco’s prized blue agave plants. Classical music, played at high volumes, helps optimize sugar conversion!

The tequila is double distilled in Alembic copper pot stills…

Overseen by master distillers Sergio Cruz and César Vivanco.

The Reposado is aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels for a minimum of 4 months, while the Blanco is poured straight into the bottle once it reduces to 40% abv.

Our tequilas are unadulterated, which means there’s no added sugar, perfume, flavoring, or coloring; just a clean, premium sipping tequila. You might think that’s a mighty process, but trust us, it’s worth it.
