1.5 oz DE-NADA Reposado Tequila
.5 oz Dolin Génépy Liqueur
.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Fennel Seed Syrup
.5 oz Macadamia Nut Syrup
.25 oz Heavy Cream
1 heavy tsp. Matcha Green Tea-Coco Lopez Mix
Glassware: Tiki Mug or bulbous beer glass
Garnish: Pineapple leaf, freshly grated nutmeg
Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with 3 cubes of ice; hard shake briefly with the 3 ice cubes; then, with a Hawthorne strainer; pour the liquid into a vessel with pebble ice; top with more pebble ice as needed. Then garnish with a pineapple leaf and freshly grated nutmeg.
