2 oz Jalapeño-infused DE-NADA Blanco Tequila

1 oz Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth

.25 oz Pineapple syrup

2 dashes Hella Citrus Bitters

Glassware: Nick & Nora

Garnish: Lemon Twist (discarded), Cucumber Ribbon

Method: Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with a bar spoon until the drink is very cold but not over-diluted. Then, using a julep strainer, pour off the liquid from the mixing glass into a Nick & Nora glass without ice. Garnish by expressing lemon oil on top of the drink then discarding the peel. Place a cucumber ribbon on top of the glass.
