The Amargo Rita

4  Dashes of Chocolate Bitters

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz Agave Syrup 

.25 Mezcal (optional) 

2 oz Tequila 

Glassware: Short Glass

Garnish: Salt and Sage Leaf

Method: Rim a short glass with salt, (use Mezcal Jalapeno Salt). Combine all ingredients into shaker, add ice and shake ice for ten minutes, strain into rimmed glass and garnish with sage leaf.
